Is the Free plan actually free?
Yes. Free is free forever, not a trial — 200 DMs a day, 1 Instagram account, unlimited active automations, and every trigger type. No credit card required to sign up.
What counts as a DM?
One outbound DM is one send. Inbound messages, gate steps (email and phone capture), and public comment replies never count against your quota. On the Free plan the 200-DM allowance resets every day.
What's the difference between Creator and Studio?
Studio is built for higher volume: 5 Instagram accounts instead of 2, 5 team seats instead of 3, and 5,000 AI rewrites a month instead of 1,000. Studio also gets first access to our upcoming AI protection features (Comment Guard, IG Shield) and 1-on-1 WhatsApp support. Both paid plans include unlimited DMs and zero AutomateDM branding.
Which currency will I be billed in?
India bills in INR and accepts UPI and cards; everywhere else bills in USD by card. The price shown is the price charged at checkout.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — Creator is ₹4,990/$99 a year and Studio is ₹8,990/$149, billed once instead of every month. Yearly plans renew once a year, and you can cancel anytime before the renewal date.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Details in our cancellation and refund policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a cycle has been charged, since access runs through the full period you paid for. But if you were charged twice or something went wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
What are AI rewrites?
"Rewrite with AI" regenerates any message in your automation — new angle, new tone, one click. Creator includes 1,000 rewrites a month, Studio includes 5,000. Your DM quota is separate and unaffected.
What happens when I hit my daily DM limit?
Sends pause instead of failing. On Free, queued confirmations resume automatically as your 200-DM daily allowance resets. Creator and Studio are unlimited, so the cap never comes up.
